Studio 256 worked with a private client to propose a new Passivhaus dwelling, replacing a previous building on site.
Passivhaus is a voluntary standard for energy efficiency in a building which reduces the buildings ecological footprint and at Studio 256 we are proud to have completed this exciting project.
The team worked to take this project from initial feasibility studies through to practical completion in March 2023, passing all tests with flying colours and receiving official Passivhaus certification.
