Sunnyfields was our solution to the brief of a private client who required the construction of dwelling on a business site to permanently accommodate one agricultural worker and his family.
Conceptually, the project seeks to combine the Fibonacci rules of proportion and axis in order to control the spaces, linking the building to its natural surroundings. The space is also designed to comply with National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and local plans.
Planning permission for two bedrooms, a small home office and a garage were approved and the project is currently on site, as highlighted by our progress pictures below.
