Studio 256 were instructed by a private client to propose a new single storey residential unit on a currently vacant piece of land.
The surrounding area is predominantly residential and the project was formed due to the belief that new residential accommodation would be suitable for the area and size of the site.
The design was formed to enhance the entrance to the further existing development site and was taken through from feasibility to developed design by the team.
