Studio 256 were instructed to design two new-build houses to replace a current dilapidated single house in Heswall.
The proposal was taken through feasibility to submission for planning approval by the team and the development was approved in November 2023.
We have since been instructed to complete the tender package for the development and look forward to the progression of this project onto site.
