Studio 256 were instructed by a private developer to propose a mixed use scheme in the centre of Maghull.
The project proposes a mix of commercial and residential units. The team have taken this project through feasibility, planning submission and technical design.
We were additionally instructed to complete an interior design package for the residential units. We look forward to progressing the project on site.
