Studio 256 were instructed by a private developer to propose a new commercial building consisting of office space and gym facilities within Huyton Town Centre.
The proposal was intended to positively contribute to the existing street scene, pedestrian route and provide high quality, modern retail and commercial accommodation.
The team worked closely with Knowsley Council on the proposal and received planning approval in December 2023. We have since been instructed to complete a tender package and look forward to work commencing on site.
