Studio 256 were instructed to propose two new-build residential apartment blocks totaling twenty-three units.
The site sits on a prominent street corner and the proposed design worked to address both adjacent streets and turn the corner.
The project was taken through feasibility studies, concept and developed design to produce a high quality and considered proposal.
