Studio 256 were instructed to propose a new foodhall and apart-hotel within the iconic Alpha Taxis building on Duke Street.
The team has progressed the project through from feasibility to developed design and submission for planning approval.
We were also instructed to complete interior design packages for the foodhall to create a modern and stylish commercial space for two vendors.
