Studio 256 were instructed to produce a proposal to redevelop an existing listed building in Wrexham to provide thirteen apart-hotel units.
The team have worked closely with heritage consultants to produce a scheme that brings the existing listed building back into use by providing high quality tourism accommodation and a sense of place close to Wrexham Town Centre.
The proposal has been submitted for planning approval and we look forward to progressing the project further.
