Studio 256 were instructed to complete the feasibility, concept and developed design for the proposal of an apart-hotel in Liverpool City Centre.
The works include the refurbishment of a listed warehouse to accommodate ten units and an extension to the adjacent building to accommodate a further nine units.
The aparthotel was designed to be of a high quality, modern design with an appropriate architectural language that both resonates with the existing building and its context.
